Here's the deal at Honey Bee IPTV: nobody should feel locked into a service they aren't enjoying. This page spells out exactly what happens before and after you subscribe, so there are zero surprises down the line.
1. Free Trial
You get a free 24-hour trial — no credit card, no auto-charge, no fine print buried at the bottom. Full access to every channel and feature in the plan you pick. Once 24 hours are up, the trial just ends. We won't bill you unless you decide to subscribe yourself.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
Subscribed to a paid plan and it's not what you hoped for? You can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of your first payment. No interrogation, no "what went wrong" survey.
- Refund requests have to land within 24 hours of the original payment date.
- This covers first-time purchases only — renewals aren't eligible.
- We send the money back to the original payment method you used.
- Processing usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Drop in the email you signed up with and roughly when you bought the plan. That's all we need. Every refund request gets a reply within 48 hours, usually a lot sooner.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions roll over automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Once a renewal charge has gone through, it isn't refundable — so cancel at least 24 hours ahead if you don't want to be billed again. If you're not sure how to cancel, message us and we'll walk you through it.
5. Exceptions
There are a handful of situations where a refund won't go through:
- The request comes in more than 24 hours after the first payment.
- The account was suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions — things like sharing logins or trying to slip past region rules.
- You've already opened a chargeback with your bank. In that case, talk to us directly first — it's quicker and won't lock the account.
6. Technical Issues
If you're hitting buffering, missing channels, or a connection that won't load — please ping support before you ask for a refund. Most issues clear up in a few minutes once we take a look. The team is online 24/7 on WhatsApp, so you won't be sat waiting.
7. Changes to This Policy
We can update this Refund Policy when we need to. Any changes apply from the day they're posted. If you're already a subscriber, you keep the terms that were in place when you bought your plan — we don't change the rules on you mid-subscription.
